I used partition builder to make a new partition file, however upon trying to load it back into wii scrubber, it now just reads bad partition and the game wont load in dolhpin. I used szs modifier to modify what I needed to, I did so by extracting the partition with the wii scrubber. Put your SD Card back in your Wii, and open CTGP/MKDSSKD. Ive downloaded szs modifier and wii scrubber. When you save your files, be sure to put them in your My Stuff folder, as well. Next, the icons for the character have to be replaced, so open up your MenuSingle.szs and/or Race.szs files with BrawlBox, and find the icons for the character to replace them with the new ones. DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE THE SZS FILES.
Open the Common.Bmg in the SZS file, change the name of the character you're replacing to the name of the custom character you are adding, and you are done. Now, for the SZS files that have a "_U" next to them, you must open them with the SZS Tool app that came with the CTools app this way you will be able to edit the names of some characters.

You will have to do the same with the Award.szs, but instead of the Driver brres file, you must use the Award brres file from the Demo/Award folder in the ZIP file.

Now, drag your Driver brres file from the mod you downloaded outside of it's ZIP file, so you can replace the file with the one it is named after in the Driver.szs.
