Thus far I have created a few of the routes I ride on my Canondale Synapse. Through WiFi connection, I am able to open, and click the iFIT LIVE button (only visible during a workout) to see the Street Views of the roads I am on. Combined with the incline and resistance, it is very closely replicating the real thing.
The screen in front of me shows me a street-view snapshot of the road I am on, and updates every couple seconds with an updated picture. I have my MacBook Air’s audio port connected to the iFit console with iTunes or Pandora I get to jam to music throughout the workout. That gave me a solid platform to secure my laptop. I decided the cup-holder was pointless and removed it. I noticed the banner above that opened up a whole new world of realistic workouts. The iFIT Live Button is not always visible, and I had no idea the feature existed when I bought the Pro-Form TDF Trainer. When you create your own maps, you can have iFit.Com open and actually see street views of the road! I have already been using it to get familiar with hotels, businesses, and travel related situations then I began using it for real-estate shopping. Google Maps, and specifically Street View, is invading my life from every direction.
